1. What cookies and similar storage are

2. What we use

Cookie agthy-language (landing site, functional, first party, 1 year): remembers the language you picked so we can show the site in it. It is set only when you choose a language.

localStorage item agthy-language (application, functional): stores your chosen interface language on your device.

localStorage item agthy-token (application, strictly necessary): stores your session token so you stay signed in.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not share cookie data with third parties.

3. Why we show a notice

Under art. 22.2 of the Spanish Ley 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and the ePrivacy rules, cookies and similar storage that are strictly necessary or that only provide a function you requested, such as your language or your session, are exempt from the consent requirement. Because we use only such items, they do not need your consent, but we tell you about them and ask you to accept this policy before you use the application.

4. How to manage or delete them

You can delete the cookie and the stored items at any time in your browser settings, or block cookies altogether. Doing so may reset your language and sign you out.
