Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 2 November 2026These terms explain the rules for using Agthy, a service where you hand a job to autonomous AI research agents. By using the service you accept them, so please read them.
1. Who we are and acceptance
Agthy (agthy.com) is operated by (agthy.com), tax ID , with registered address at ("we", "us"). You can reach us at .
By signing in or otherwise using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. The service is intended for people aged 14 or over.
2. The service
Agthy lets you hand a job to autonomous AI agents. The agents browse the web, read public sources and return a result together with a step-by-step trace of what they did. Some jobs use several specialist agents working under a supervisor. Each time an agent works on a job is called a run.
Results are produced by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Always check important information against the original sources before relying on it.
Nothing the service produces is professional legal, medical, financial or tax advice. Specialists with names such as legal adviser are informational only and do not replace a qualified professional.
3. Your account
You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your Google account and your devices secure and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly at if you suspect unauthorised use.
Give us accurate information and do not share your account with others.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to: break the law or the rights of others; attack, probe or disrupt the service or other systems; scrape or crawl websites abusively or in breach of their rules; harass, threaten or defame anyone; or process sensitive personal data of third parties without a legal basis.
You also agree not to try to bypass usage limits or the sandbox in which agents run, and to respect the terms, robots rules and access restrictions of the third-party sites that agents visit on your behalf.
5. Your content and licence
You keep all rights in the content you submit, such as task text, follow-up instructions and the results you receive. You are responsible for what you submit and must have the right to submit it.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process and transmit your content, including to our service providers, only as needed to run and secure the service for you.
If you share a job by link, anyone who holds the link can view it. Share links only with people you trust and stop sharing when you no longer want the job to be visible.
6. AI output and third-party sources
Agents gather information from third-party websites and sources that we do not control. We give no warranty about the accuracy, legality or availability of that content. Intellectual property rights in web content remain with their owners, and you are responsible for how you use results that contain such content.
7. Availability and plans
The service is in an early phase and is provided "as is". It may change, be limited or be suspended at any time, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The service is free to use today, subject to usage limits. If paid plans are introduced, their price and conditions will be shown to you before any purchase, and the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers under EU and Spanish law will be respected as applicable.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if needed to protect the service or other users, or if we have to by law. Where reasonable we will tell you why.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for wilful misconduct, and the rights you have as a consumer under the Spanish Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).
Otherwise, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from your reliance on AI-generated results or third-party content, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim (which is zero while the service is free).
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will notify you, for example by email or in the service, before it applies. If you keep using the service after the change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of the country where you live and may bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence. Otherwise, the courts of Spain have jurisdiction.
